This Policy outlines the Refund process for Big River Telephone customers. Our general policy is to refund customers in good payment standing the amount owed within three months from the time the account began billing with $0 charges. Please note that our business hours are from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST, Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays.

Online payments will processed and credited to your account within 72 hours.
