Big River Telephone Teams up with US Cable
To Offer Digital Phone
Hannibal, MO (December 10, 2007) – Big River Telephone Company (headquartered in Cape Girardeau) and US Cable with local offices in Hannibal, Missouri announce today that the two companies are partnering to implement and offer digital telephone services to US Cable’s customer base in the Hannibal, Missouri area. US Cable currently provides digital cable and high-speed internet to Hannibal customers and will now shift to the “triple play” advantage by offering digital phone at discounted prices.
Implementation of Big River’s digital telephone over US Cable’s existing network will result in many benefits for both companies as well as the end consumer in Hannibal. The customer base will now be able to have telephone service in addition to their existing cable and high-speed internet service rolled into one bill.
