Big River Adds 4 More to Their Growing Staff

Cape Girardeau, Missouri (November 13, 2008) – Big River Telephone has recently added 4 more employees to their rapidly growing staff, Cory Seabaugh, Eric Cole, Garrett Lambert and Patty Feiste.

Cory Seabaugh, a Perryville native, joins Big River Telephone as a Field Technician.  Seabaugh has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology with emphasis in Telecommunications and Computer networking from Southeast Missouri State University.  Seabaugh’s primary specialty includes porting services and installing equipment to the customer site. 

Eric Cole and Garrett Lambert joined the Big River Telephone team as Customer Experience Representatives.  Cole is a native from Farmington and has several years of experience in customer service as well as an educational background in Electrical Technology.  Lambert’s education background is Industrial Technology and he is a native from Sikeston.  Both Cole and Lambert are delivering quality support and services to Big River Telephone customers.

Patty Feiste is a native of St. Louis and is the Project Manager for Big River Telephone’s wholesale digital voice services.  Feiste has over 24 years of experience in the Tele and Data Communications industry.  As Project Manager, Feiste will be assisting cable companies with the market rollouts on Big River’s VoIP Network.
